Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.2.0!

This version updates the map, x, and y parameters to use the new RMMZ 1.9.0+ location parameter type which gives you a ui to select the map and location similar to the transfer event command. This should be much easier to use, however it does mean you will need to set up your fast travel points and any plugin command to change the fast travel location again.
