Yeah, however i want the border to show when map changed however, when the intro shows, it shows a blank border, so wouldnt matter if the text is there or not since the window will still show
I am not sure I am understanding you correctly. Could you reproduce the issue in a blank project using only CGMZ plugins and send that to me via discord DM (casprizzle#9880) so I can take a look at what is going wrong?
Create a preset with default settings, assign it's ID and use <cgmzmapnamepreset: Your ID Here> on the Map notetags, and you should be able to enter the map without the window showing up.

The display map name shows for all maps, i don't want it to appear on my intro map, how do i make it invisible to certain maps?
Hi, right click your intro map, select edit to edit the map properties and remove the text from the display name box.
