Hi all, this is the full release of this plugin!

Normally my plugins go through an Alpha/Beta process, but as this one was just a branch of [CGMZ] Item Conditions it skipped that process. Do you have any ideas for ways to improve this plugin? Please let me know in the comments below, I read them all and add all suggestions to my to-do list!

If you previously used [CGMZ] Item Conditions for this functionality, you might notice there are 2 new conditions: switches and variables. You can now restrict skills from being used if a switch is OFF or if a variable is less than 1.
