[ME] Victory

Hi all,

This short ME is meant for the battle victory screen, but you may find use for it elsewhere. It is a short upbeat piece and could be played any time the player is successful at something. This asset comes in both .OGG for RPG Maker Ace/MV/MZ as well as .WAV for other game engines.

Of course, you can also use it anywhere else in your game you think it fits.
