[CGMZ] Changelog for RPG Maker MZ

Hi all,

This plugin adds a "changelog" option on the title screen which the player can select to read about any changes you have made since the last update to your game.

Changes can be sorted in ascending or descending order, have bullet points, text codes, and many more options. You can also show an image for each change if you have images made for your updates.
