Version Beta R5 Release Notes


Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version Beta R5!

This update adds the option to differ the rewards based on if it is the player's first time winning a fight or if it is their second+ time winning a fight. This should allow you to have really good rewards at first, but if they keep repeating the fight they get less for a reward. To reduce setup as much as possible, you can choose to always give rewards, reward them only the first time, or reward them only after the first time. These settings are a per-reward selectable option in each reward parameter.

This update adds a ton of integrations with other [CGMZ] plugins too. The first one is [CGMZ] Currency System, so you can now give custom currencies as rewards in the colosseum. The second is [CGMZ] Scene Backgrounds, so you can now show a custom scene background with a ton of options such as scrolling backgrounds and more. Finally, [CGMZ] Controls Window integration was added so you can easily set up a controls window to display in the scene with custom text for keyboard or gamepad controls which changes based on the player's last input type.

Smaller quality of life features were added as well with this update. Marker text for new fights the player has not yet attempted was added, so your player will now know which fights were recently unlocked in the colosseum. The colosseum windows also had tone options added to them so you can change the windowskin tone.
