[CGMZ][Alpha] Item Popup for RPG Maker MZ

Hi all, introducing [CGMZ] Item Popup!

This plugin shows an item window with information about an item the first time the player obtains an item. Subsequent times the player obtains the item, the window will no longer display automatically. See below gif for how it can look:

Of course, you can control this feature including always showing the item popup if desired, or telling the game to "forget" that an item popup has been displayed before.

You can also disable adding items to the queue to display, or disable items from displaying but still add them to the queue to display later once displaying is turned back on. These options can help out when your player gains items in cutscenes, where you may not want the popup to occur.

You can also manually display an item's popup via plugin command.
