[CGMZ][Beta] Self Variables for RPG Maker MZ
A downloadable plugin
Hi all,
This plugin allows you to use any amount of self variables for events on the map by using a name, event ID, and map ID to make unique variables per event. You can access these self variables and set them via plugin command.
You can also "take over" a normal Game Variable used in standard event commands and make it point to any self variable via a Plugin Command as well. Hopefully this will allow you to use standard event commands and not need to rely on so many plugin commands. This includes using self variables in the event conditions part of an event page.
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING:
Please be aware that you can access this as well as all of my other Alpha plugins for $5 on my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/CasperGamingRPGM
This is posted to Itch.io since some people only use Itch and are not aware my Patreon and all of my beta/alpha plugins exist, or want to have everything in one convenient location (itch.io), or do not want to do a monthly subscription.
Casper Gaming's Beta/Alpha plugins are treated as an "early access" and will eventually be free for everyone once they are fully released, though this process can take months/years. By purchasing in beta/alpha, you are able to provide early feedback/suggestions which are more likely to make it into the final fully released plugin.
Please see terms of use here: Terms of Use
Requires CGMZ Core plugin: CGMZ Core

Hello teacher, I like your plugin very much, but maybe after the translator, I can't quite understand the way to use this, can you please attach a picture description, or project file?
Ohhhh I understand! It's set in the plugin command right! Sorry to bother you again! I'm just a bit stupid.
Hi, no worries, did you have any questions or is it working for you now? The more specific your question is, the easier it is for me to help you.
Very useful! You're a genius!
Perfect plugin for a lot of problems. I would like to ask you, please, would you have the will to add a function of an autovariable switch?
Hi, could you explain better what you mean?
Thank you very much for your answer, I wasn't sure if the translator would convey what I meant. It's that this plugin provides a function like (variable), I was wondering if it's possible to have a function like (switch). I am very sorry to bother you! Forgive me if it adds to your work! I don't know enough about this to understand the workload, but I didn't mean to add to your troubles! I'm very sorry!
