[CGMZ] Vehicle Landing Restrictions for RPG Maker MZ

Hi all,

This plugin allows you to restrict where vehicles can land/dock based on a region. There are separate restrictions on a per-vehicle basis. You can also have as many region ids preventing your vehicles from landing as you want.
