[CGMZ][Alpha] Window Backgrounds for RPG Maker MZ

Hi all, 

This plugin allows you to specify the window background image instead of using the tiling windowskin background. This allows you to use larger static images or larger tiling images as the window background. It can also enable scrolling if your image is set up for scrolling.

Scrolling Images

You can set up your images to scroll. You decide the x and y amounts to scroll (x = horizontal, y = vertical, both = diagonal) and how many frames to wait in between adjusting the scroll (less frame wait = faster scroll). You can also enable your images to only scroll when the window is active. A window is usually marked active when the player is actively selecting something within the window. See gif below for how it can look:

Notice how in the above gif, the background image in the slot select window only scrolls when the player is actively selecting a slot. This is optional and you can also cause your backgrounds to always scroll if desired.

Static Images

This plugin of course supports static images as well. These are images that are displayed with no scrolling. There's not much to say here, other than you are no longer limited to the small windowskin background area to make your image. In the above gif, the status and help windows are using static window backgrounds.

Compatibility

This plugin targets the base window code, which all windows should be based off of, even custom windows. It is possible there is a window in some plugin that creates its own base window code, but I don't really know why anyone would do this. Therefore, you should be able to use this plugin to change even custom and non-CGMZ plugin-created windows as long as you know the window's constructor.

Alpha Stage Note

This plugin is currently in development and not feature complete. During this time, suggestions for ways to improve the plugin are more likely to make it into the plugin and are much easier for me to add as they do not need to go through a Patreon poll.
