[CGMZ][Alpha] Menu Customizer for RPG Maker MZ

Hi all, introducing [CGMZ] Menu Customizer!

This plugin aims to allow you to customize your main menu. This includes things such as changing the size and position of the three default windows: the gold, command, and actor windows. Positioning and size can be accomplished without JS knowledge using either absolute (pixel-based) or percentage (screen width/height) positioning. For advanced users, you can write custom JS to position the windows.

This plugin also allows you to change how the windows look, including the number of columns and rows in the actor and command windows. This means you can keep the standard horizontal actor window, use a more 2x2 square orientation, or set it to be a vertical display. As part of this, the plugin comes with 3 preset ways of displaying the actor window information (horizontal, square, or vertical), with plans to give you more granular control of each piece of displayed data in future updates. Depending on your game resolution size and window size settings, certain configurations may not have enough room to display properly.

This plugin also comes with some additional options, such as the ability to add a scene background, add images behind the actors selectable area replacing the default semi-transparent grey rectangle, column/row spacing, and a few more minor things.

Please note that in the above screenshots, I am also using [CGMZ] Menu Command Window to do things like add text codes, backgrounds, and icons to commands, and [CGMZ] Controls Window to show scene controls. Those aspects of the scene are not a part of this plugin.

This plugin turned out to be much larger than I initially thought it would be, and there is still a lot of potential that needs to be worked on. I am looking forward to feedback for things you'd like to see added in the future, as I know especially right now things like the actor window information is a bit limited. Things planned to be worked on in future updates include:

1. Ability to add custom windows besides the 3 default windows
2. More control over the data that appears in the actor window
3. Integration with other CGMZ plugins to add custom CGMZ-specific windows
4. More options for the existing windows, such as changing the windowskin
