CSCA Currency System for RPG Maker VX Ace

Hi all, introducing CSCA Currency System!

Unlimited Custom Currencies

This script  adds custom currencies to your game. You can create as many custom currencies as you want, there is no limit. You can swap between which currency is the current main currency using a simple script call:

switch_currency(currency)

Other script calls exist for things like exchanging currency, gaining / losing custom currency amounts, and discovering custom currencies in case you do not want all currencies to be shown at the start of your game.

Enemy Loot

This script supports enemies dropping custom currencies set up through this script. To allow enemies to drop custom currencies, add a note tag with the amount they should drop to their database entry and this script will handle the rest.

Shop Prices

When shops use other currencies, you need to have it set up where the item has a value in that custom currency. To set this up, similar to enemies, you add a simple note tag to the item database entry.

Money Pouch

This script allows you to turn an item into a money pouch, which when used will open a scene that displays all of the player's custom currencies and how much of each currency the player has. This is useful if your player needs to transact in other currencies to see how much they have before trying to buy things from your shops.
