[CGMZ][Beta] Encounter Conditions for RPG Maker MZ

Hi all,

This plugin adds additional criteria for random encounters on the map. This can include things such as switches being on, variables meeting certain number amounts, the party having specific items in their inventory, or a specific party member being in the party.

The total list of what you can add as a condition is currently:

• Switches being ON
• Variables being a certain number
• The party having certain items
• A specific actor being in the party
• A specific actor being in the battle
• A weapon being equipped by battle actors
• An armor being equipped by battle actors
• The party level being above or below a level (average)

This list will be expanded throughout the course of the Alpha/Beta process. Please leave any suggestions you have for conditions you'd like to see in the comments or in the #suggestions channel of my discord.
